1.1 profile,

This product is made of polyethylene resin as the main raw material, and is extruded into polyethylene pipe for water supply. It is suitable for the pressure water transportation of general purpose and drinking water transportation with the temperature not exceeding 40℃.

The implementation standard of this product is GB/T 13663-2000 "High Density Polyethylene (PE) Pipe for Water Supply", and its sanitary performance conforms to GB/T17219 standard and the relevant health safety evaluation regulations of the Ministry of Health of China

1.3 Connection mode

When the nominal outer diameter DN ≤63, hot melt socket connection or electric fusion connection;

When the nominal outer diameter DN ≥75, it is appropriate to use hot fusion butt or electric fusion connection;

In the connection with the metal pipe and pipeline accessories, flange connection or transition pipe fittings can be used.

2. Product Specifications

This standard applies to pipes for water supply manufactured from PE 63, PE80 and PE100 materials (see 4.1). The nominal pressure of the pipe is 0.32Mpa ~ 1.6Mpa, and the nominal outer diameter is 16mm ~ 1000mm.

Straight pipe length is generally 6m, 9m, 12m, which can also be agreed by the supply and demand parties, taking PE100 class as an example.
