1. Product introduction

High density polyethylene (PE) pipe for irrigation is made of polyethylene resin as the main raw material, which is extruded into non-drinking water polyethylene pipe for agricultural irrigation, scenic spot and garden irrigation, water supply and drainage engineering in specific fields. At present, PE water supply pipe and PVC water supply pipe are the most commonly used pipes for irrigation. Due to the material characteristics of the latter, plasticizer and stabilizer must be added. The pipes are easy to be aged, brittle, and used for a short time, so the latter is less used.

PE water supply pipe is widely used in the field of irrigation because of its strong compression resistance, high connection reliability, good impact resistance, good cracking resistance and good corrosion resistance. Therefore, according to the market characteristics, our company has developed and produced PE irrigation pipes and formulated relevant standards. 1.2. Implementation standards

The implementation standard of this product is GB/T 13663-2000 "High density polyethylene (PE) pipe for water supply", and CHH 03-2016 "High density polyethylene (PE) pipe for irrigation".

1.3 Connection mode

When the nominal outer diameter DN ≤63, hot melt socket connection or electric fusion connection;

When the nominal outer diameter DN ≥75, it is appropriate to use hot fusion butt or electric fusion connection;

In the connection with the metal pipe and pipeline accessories, flange connection or transition pipe fittings can be used.

2. Product Specifications
   

This standard applies to irrigation pipes made of PE100 material. The nominal pressure of the pipe is 0.6Mpa -- 1.6Mpa, and the product is divided into DN16, DN32, DN40, DN50, DN63 -- DN630 mm according to the nominal outer diameter (mm).

Straight pipe length is generally 6m, 9m, 12m, can also be agreed by the supply and demand sides.

3. Application fields

3.1. Agricultural water conservancy and irrigation pipes

PE pipe has smooth inner wall, large flow, can be used across road construction, good impact resistance, and is an ideal pipe for agricultural irrigation.

3.2 Industrial raw material transportation pipeline

Chemical industry, chemical fiber, food, forestry, pharmaceutical, light industry, paper making, metallurgy and other non-edible industrial raw materials conveying pipe.
